Operational command dashboard concept organizing runway, punctuality, and ground-service signals into one responsive view.
01 Challenge & Context
The design challenge was to unify baggage, turnaround, and gate-congestion signals into one interface that could be scanned quickly by station managers.
02 Solution & Execution
Structured the dashboard around clear visual quadrants and interactive threshold filtering, with SQL and Tableau represented in the proposed data workflow.
Designed a configurable color-coded warning pattern to surface turnaround risks before they become critical.
Trade-off: Consolidating operational signals supports fast scanning but increases information density, so the hierarchy needs validation with operational users.
03 Impact & Learnings
Delivered a live dashboard implementation demonstrating the proposed operational hierarchy and decision-support interactions.
The live implementation is the available evidence. Operational adoption and response-time impact have not been independently measured.
Special learning: preserving information hierarchy and visual clarity while translating a dense operational dashboard from Figma into a live experience.
