Trade-off: Batch approvals accelerate repetitive work but raise the cost of mistakes, so they require a clear summary, confirmation, and audit history.
03 Impact & Learnings
Designed the self-service and approval flow to reduce delays and improve request-status clarity; verified production data is still required to quantify the operational impact.
The live implementation demonstrates the workflow. Production adoption and time-saved outcomes require documented organizational data.
